Own the B2C product roadmap and P&L across four cohorts: Parents and teachers in India and the US.
We’re looking for a strong product thinker with experience in B2C/PLG products, who can drive activation, conversion, retention, and revenue growth through data-driven prioritisation and execution.
Own day-to-day delivery, overall strategy, and stakeholder sign-off.
Someone who can own search end to end: technical health, on-page and content, and reporting that leadership can act on.
Experience in sales, pre-sales or lead qualification, primarily focused on the United States market.
Someone who can qualify high-intent US leads over the phone, keep the CRM clean, and hand sales a pipeline they can close.
Inside sales or telesales, closing consumer subscriptions or products, primarily for the United States market.
Someone who can convert warm US leads — abandoned carts and failed payments — into paid subscriptions on the call.
Inside sales or telesales, closing consumer subscriptions or products, primarily for the India market.
Someone who can close consumer subscriptions over the phone for the India market and own payment conversion as their core metric.
Own the referral programme end to end: mechanics, incentives, requirements aligned with Product, and the campaign, content and creative that launch and grow the loop.
Someone who can design the referral loop end to end and run the lifecycle campaigns that launch it and keep it growing.
This role requires balancing business priorities with technical execution while fostering collaboration across cross-functional teams.
An experienced project manager who can hold delivery across planning, execution and handover while keeping engineering and product aligned.
Proven experience designing scalable enterprise applications and building AI-enabled or intelligent software solutions.
An engineer who has designed enterprise-scale platforms and shipped AI-enabled products end to end, from architecture through to production.
